Meet Ronda Parmacek – Our Founder

After spending more than a decade working inside senior living communities, Ronda Parmacek saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to find the right care for their loved ones. Her experience in the industry inspired her to create New Chapter Senior Living Placement—a company built on empathy, trust, and personalized support.

 

Ronda is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), which allows her to provide knowledgeable guidance for families navigating Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive care needs. Her hands-on experience and industry insight help families feel confident that they are making the right choice.
